Very Important Notice
1.The apartment is suitable for two persons. A third folding bed or a baby's cot can be arranged on request and can be accommodated in the
lounge/dining area or the bedroom. Maximum persons 3. There is a "third person levy" shown on the Schedule of Rates below.
2. No pets allowed
3. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment.
4. Villa towels are not to be used for swimming or removed from the premises. Clients are requested to bring their own swimming towels.
5. The owner assures clients that the villa is occupied on a permanent basis by two people.
6. Please do not leave the air conditioner unit switched on whilst away from the apartment.
7. The swimming pool will be cleaned once a week and the grass cut at the same time.
8. Pool and garden lights will be switched off at 12 midnight.

Deposits and payments
A deposit of 40% (forty percent) is required to secure a firm booking. The balance of the accommodation cost (60%) is payable a minimum of two months prior to arrival. Deposits and full payments are generally not refundable. Only under extraordinary circumstances such as server illness or death will consideration be given to refunding prepaid accommodation costs.
